Musicool is a music streaming app,provides a trendy, elegant and modern style for the user. It is easy to use that with an extensive catalogue and a good device compatibility. Additionally, there are some features to search for track,artist or album you like, all are free of charge. Come to enjoy and share your own unique playlist.

Research (Analyzing Existing Products)

To learn more about the general features of the music app,a research of some popular music stream app: Spotify, Apple music and KKbox have been done. I tried to adjust the disadvantage of them and advance the music app in order to fit the user need.

The features of the music apps including: browsing new songs, browsing songs by Genre, searching songs, music player and saving songs to my library.

Persona

After searching and analyzing data on the Internet, I explored the behavior and psychology of users of several music applications, and I created a persona (Carson) as a target of the project. He loves discovering new music with minimal effort.

Tasks Flow

The task flow detail the various decisions the users make as they navigate the app based on the scenarios, and straightforward flows of the users as they would navigate the app in order to satisfy the tasks and scenarios.

Low Fidelity Wireframes

I created low-fidelity wireframe sketches of the screens for the key user flows that I had mapped out. By doing this it helped me get my ideas down on paper and envision how the designs would look before moving them to digital form.

UI Kit / Design System

The UI Kit / Design System is a culmination of the design decisions made into a document that can be used for reference by designers and developers as needed in the future.
